Best Newcomer, 2024 Governor of Victoria Startup Awards

We are thrilled to announce that BuildPass has been honoured with the Best Newcomer award at the 2024 Governor of Victoria Startup Awards!

Held at the historic Government House in Victoria, these awards celebrate the brightest and most innovative startups in our state. It was an incredible honour to be nominated, and we're so proud of our amazing team, supportive partners, and BuildPass community who have played key roles in this journey.

The Governor of Victoria Startup Awards, supported by Her Excellency Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, highlight the best in the business. Past winners have included game-changers like medtech startup Nutromics and fintech leader Airwallex. This year, alongside us, Jupiter Ionics were joint winners in the Best Newcomer category for their groundbreaking Green Ammonia technology, and Currus Biologics were also nominated for their innovative cancer treatments. Congratulations to all nominees and winners - it was an incredible list of businesses that we’re proud to see the BuildPass name sit among.

Victoria’s startup ecosystem is thriving, now valued at over $100 billion and creating 56,000 jobs. We’re extremely excited to be a part of this community as we continue to innovate and push the boundaries of technology forward.
