Managing Mandatory Vaccinations in BuildPass
Workforce vaccinations managed easily within BuildPassManaging vaccination status in BuildPass has 3 simple steps:
- Set up
- Communicate
- Review
1. Setup
Make sure the correct subcontractors are assigned to each of your projects.

To ensure that you can see workers, they must have completed at least one of the following actions:
- Completed an induction
- Signed on to a project
2. Communicate
Use the Communication Module to send an SMS to all inducted workers, requesting that they upload their COVID vaccination status.

Note: You will need to decide if you do this project-based or company-wide so workers don't get multiple texts.
3. Review
Once workers have uploaded their vaccination evidence, review the evidence from the "Tickets" tab of each worker.

You will see a list of vaccination evidence's waiting review on the dashboard page for each project. You can also view a list of all vaccinations evidence's waiting review by using the filters in the Workers tab.
